Height: 30 to 50cm
Uses:
- In medicine: It has diuretic properties and is also an excellent remedy against hemorrhoids.
In food: You can eat the sprouts in a salad or an omelette to replace the herbs.
Characteristic: European butchers used to use its stems to brush their work surfaces, hence the name.
