Description: The Koi is a big ornamental fish for garden ponds. Peaceful and sociable, once an adult it measures 1 meter long and can weigh 40kg. A lot of varieties exist, being very colourful the Koi brings calm and tranquility to a pond. In south-east Asian culture it’s the symbol of love and masculinity. Collectors can buy certain species of Kois at a very high price.
